The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) has suspended Russian cyclist Natalya Frolova for four years due to violations of whereabouts reporting rules, as announced on the website of the Russian Cycling Federation (FVS).
The 28-year-old athlete’s suspension will begin on April 30, 2026. Additionally, all her competitive results from September 14, 2025 — the date of her third violation — have been annulled.

Athletes included in the registered testing pool are required to provide a one-hour daily time slot with a precise location in the anti-doping administration and management system (ADAMS) for potential sample collection. Three missed tests or filing failures within a 12-month period can lead to a two-year ban. Aggravating circumstances, such as document falsification, may escalate any missed test into a four-year disqualification.
Frolova won the Russian national road cycling championship in June 2025 while representing the Tula region. The ban highlights the strict enforcement of anti-doping rules regarding athlete availability for testing.
