“Being a coach is never easy. Everyone wants to play. I was a player myself, and I always wanted to be on the pitch. But it comes down to the attitude and mentality of the team in every training session. At the start of the season, I talked about ego, but I always said we would fully unlock our potential. When I watch training, I always get that positive feeling, and I always look forward. We only look back when we need to improve or correct something. I like what I see in training,” Flick was quoted as saying by Marca.
With this result, Barcelona clinched the La Liga title early, sitting at the top of the table with 91 points. Real Madrid are second with 77 points. Only three rounds remain in the championship.
